【 Commission Guide for Individual Clients 】

【📜 Illustration/VTuber Model Production Terms of Use】

These terms outline the conditions for commissioning illustrations (hereafter referred to as “Works”) created and sold by Dolce.
Please read and agree to the following before placing an order or making a purchase.

【📌 Basics】

・　All copyrights for the Works remain with Dolce. Copyright is not transferred.
・Communication must be conducted in Japanese or English.
・Both original characters and fanart are accepted. For fanart, please ensure the source's official guidelines allow it.
・ Completed models and adoptables are sold only once. No resale or reuse will occur.

【🖼️About Skeb Style】

・ “Skeb-style” commissions are delivered in one go, without meetings or rough previews.
・ If you need to confirm the pose, facial expression, or overall finish, please use the standard commission format.
・ No revisions are available after delivery with Skeb-style commissions.

【💼 About commercial use】

・ Monetized content on platforms like YouTube or Twitch does not count as commercial use.
・ For commercial uses such as merchandise, printed media, or audio content, a 30% commercial use fee will be added.
・ Please be sure to discuss commercial use in advance.

【✍️ About credit notation】

・ When sharing the Work, please include a visible credit such as “Illustration by Dolce.”
・ Tagging @dolsuke on social media is also appreciated.

【🚫 Prohibited matters】

The following are strictly prohibited:

・ Redistribution, resale, plagiarism, or unauthorized reposting
・ Creating merchandise without permission
・ Use of the Work in AI training or as a source for AI-generated images
・ Copyright infringement, unauthorized edits, or excessive modifications
・ Use that violates public order and morals or harms others
・ The following types of requests will be declined:
・ Requests from individuals under the age of 18
・ Projects primarily involving adult (NSFW) content
・ Excessive sexual/gory/illegal/offensive content
・ Logos or motifs suggesting religious or political organizations
・ Requests based on AI-generated images

・ Projects involving games, services, and other offerings utilizing AI-generated illustrations

※In cases where a violation of the terms is deemed malicious, an appropriate response, including legal action, may be taken.

【⚠️ Other notes】

・ Please respond within 3 days during the commission process.
・ Always notify Dolce if you need to cancel.
・ Lack of response or cancellation without notice may result in termination of the project and/or refusal of future requests.
・ For standard commissions (not Skeb-style), up to 2 rough revisions and 1 final revision are allowed.
・ Major changes after rough approval may incur additional fees.
・ Do not publicly share rough drafts or design sheets without permission.
・ If you do not respond for more than 5 days, the project may be cancelled.

【📦 About delivery and publication】

・ Final Works may be posted on Dolce’s portfolio, website, or social media after delivery.
・ Dolce is not responsible for any damages or disputes resulting from the use of the Work.

【💰About Payment】

・ Full payment is required upfront (PayPal).
・ Payment must be made within two weeks of receiving the final quote.
・ If payment is not confirmed, the project will be cancelled.
・ Installment plans are available only for projects over $700 (advance discussion required).
・ If the client cancels mid-process, a cancellation fee based on progress will apply.
・ Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after delivery.
