[ Illustration Terms of Use ]
This policy outlines the important notes regarding illustration commissions created by Dolce.
Please review and agree to the following terms before submitting your request.
[ Basic Information ]
・ All copyrights to the artwork belong to Dolce. Copyright transfer is not available.
・ Please contact me in Japanese or English when submitting a request.
[ About Fully Artist’s Choice Illustration/Skeb Style ]
・ The artwork will be delivered in one pass based on your request, without meetings or rough sketches.
・ If you need to check the composition, expression, or overall result, please request a standard illustration instead.
・ Revisions are not available for Skeb-style commissions.
[ About commercial use ]
・ Monetized streaming on platforms like YouTube or Twitch is not considered commercial use.
・ Commercial use for merchandise, printed materials, or other profit-oriented purposes requires an additional fee of 50% of the applicable item.
・ If you require commercial use, please contact me in advance.
[ About credit notation ]
・ When sharing the finished artwork, please include a credit such as “Illustration by Dolce.”
・ Tagging me on social media (@dolsuke) is also appreciated.
[ Prohibited Uses ]
The following actions and uses are prohibited
・ Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, claiming as your own work, or reselling
・ Creating merchandise without permission
・ Using the artwork for AI training or AI-generated content
・ Copyright infringement, unauthorized editing, or altering
・ Any use that violates public morals or is intended to harm others
The following types of requests cannot be accepted
・ Requests from individuals under 18
・ Requests from creators whose primary activity is adult content
・ Logos or designs associated with religions or specific groups
・ Requests based on AI-generated illustrations
・ Projects involving games or services that use AI-generated images
*Please note that severe violations of these terms may result in appropriate action, including legal measures.
[ Additional Information ]
・ Please reply within three days whenever possible.
・ If you need to cancel, please contact me.
・Unnotified cancellations or prolonged lack of response may result in termination of the project or refusal of future requests.
・ Revisions are available up to two times for rough sketches and once for the final line art (excluding Skeb-style requests).
・ Major changes after the rough sketch is finalized may incur additional fees.
・ Unauthorized sharing of rough sketches or design drafts is prohibited.
・ If I cannot contact you for more than one week, the project may be discontinued.
[About delivery and publication]
・ After delivery, the artwork may be shared on my portfolio or social media.
・ Dolce is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from the use of the delivered artwork.
[ About Payment ]
・ Payment is required in advance (bank transfer or PayPal).
・ Please make your payment within two weeks after confirming the estimate.
・ If payment is not received, the project will be considered canceled.
・ Installment payments are available only for projects over $700 (prior consultation required).
・ If you cancel during production, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the progress.
・ Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after delivery
