【Order illustration production – Commission Process】
Here is a step-by-step guide to commissioning
an Order illustration production.
To help you feel confident throughout the process,
I’ve outlined each step below.

❶ Submit the Request Form
Please read and agree to the Terms of Service, then submit your request through the appropriate form.
I will contact you via the email address you provide.

❷ Project Consultation
I will follow up by email to discuss your request in more detail.
If you're going for Element-Inspired Design,
don't worry if your idea is still vague — that’s totally fine!

❸ Review the Quote
I will send you a quote that outlines the scope, price, and estimated delivery time.
Once you approve it, your slot will be secured in my schedule.

❹ Invoice & Payment
After you confirm the quote, I will issue an invoice.
Please note that full payment is required upfront.

❺ Rough Sketch Review (Up to 2 Revisions)
You will be able to check the rough sketches for the character design and pose.
Let me know if you have any changes at this stage.

❻ Final Art Check (Up to 1 Minor Revision)
You’ll review the final clean illustration, including linework and color.
Minor adjustments are possible at this point.

❼ Final Delivery
The completed data will be delivered in your requested file format.

❽ File Check & Post-Delivery Support
If you find any issues after delivery, such as missing color or file errors, feel free to reach out.
I will fix any mistakes on my end for free. Additional edits may incur extra charges.

When sharing the artwork on social media, please include credit.
