◆I do not accept any of the following requests
 
・Requests from minors (under 18 years old)
・Requests from people who are mainly engaged in adult-oriented contents
・ Grotesque, sexually explicit depictions of adult-oriented content, exposure of young girls, pictures that are offensive to the viewer, and poses that are insulting.
・When the content of the request is not fixed (when the design is entrusted to me, major changes from the rough sketch are not allowed).
・Any corporate logo or symbol that needs to be depicted that is associated with a specific organization or religion.
・Poses that infringe on the copyright of a third party.
・Designs that infringe on the copyright of a third party.
・Designs based on AI illustrations ( I will accept these as reference material, but I will not draw illustrations of the same design in its entirety).

◆Precautions during production

・Posting rough sketches or setting drawings during the production process without permission is prohibited.
・You are allowed to retake the rough sketch twice and the final drawing once.
・If a major modification occurs during retakes, such as a change in pose or angle, we may ask for a separate fee.
・If you wish to use the illustrations for commercial purposes, please let us know in advance (a separate fee will be charged for commercial use).
・Please reply to me as soon as possible during the production process.
・Please contact me if there is a delay in responding during the production confirmation process (if 5 days pass without contact me, the production will be suspended).

​

◆Precautions after product delivery

・All the copyrights of the works belong to Dolce except for the works for which a purchase contract has been made.
・When you sign a copyright purchase contract, you do not waive your moral rights.
・Please give credit to me when you use my work.
・After delivery, I will post your work on my portfolio, social networking sites, etc.
・I will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise from the use of my work.

​

◆Notes on payment

・Payment is required to be made in advance (bank transfer/Paypal) after confirming the quotation.
・No installment payment is accepted.
・Payment must be made within 2 weeks from the date of the quotation.
・Please keep the payment due date ( the production may be cancelled if the due date is exceeded).
・Cancellation during the production process will incur a cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.
・Non-cancellable and non-refundable after delivery.
 
◆Prohibited items

・Distribution of our work, re-sale of our work, tress, and self-created remarks.
・Actions or statements that are offensive to public order and morals by using my productions.
・Distribution of works for which the copyright has not been transferred, or distribution by a third party.
・Using or having AI use or study a work produced by me.
・If any of the above is violated, we will take appropriate measures, including suspension of the use of our creations.
